Zopito A. Marini, Ph.D., a sociocognitive developmental psychologist, is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Child and Youth Studies at Brock University.

Research Interests

  • Cognitive mechanisms and social processes involved in conflicts, transgressions, incivility, bullying and school violence
  • Parenting practices and their effect on children's bullying involvement
  • Social cognition of bullying sub-types
  • Beyond bullying - civility and moral engagement as prevention strategies
